Very disappointed with my experience at Vera Cadillac service department. I had an appointment at 10:00 AM for a simple oil change, and by 4:00 PM my car was still not ready. The customer service from Christopher was very poor. I already have a maintenance plan that includes free oil changes and tire rotations, and I still have 4 oil changes remaining on my plan.
