If Conrad is your service advisor run away or ask for someone else. Zero communication. Brought my car in for 3 reasons. Tire rotation, warranty job on the speakers and warranty job on the seat. They couldn’t duplicate the seat issue so that’s fine. Somewhat fixed the speakers and did tire rotation. Notice the steering wheel when straight drives my lyriq to the left. Had a solid experience at Vera Cadillac. The best part of my experience was dealing with my wonderful Salesman, Emanuel. He was very polite, eager to please, professional and had a very positive attitude. I appreciated that he valued my time and tried not to waste it. Although I didn't leave with the car I wanted on the first visit, Emanuel kept working with me via text, and presenting me with numbers on various trims until we came to an agreement on a beautiful Nimbus metallic Lyriq.
