I have been disappointed with Dr. Chotzen also. I have seen her twice and each time she rushes through the appt. She prescribed a skin ointment for me at a much higher concentration percentage than we had discussed in our visit. When I called she acted as if she meant to do it, but I know it was her error from rushing and not fully giving me her 100% attention during the visit. Dr. Chotzen performed a surgery on me which I have undergone several plastic surgeries to repair the scar she created. She used the wrong type of sutures (with a fiberglass base which causes great irritation). Also, she used the wrong type of stitch which left a much larger scar than necessary.Plan to wait in the office for a good 30+ minutes before getting in to see her.
