I have been disappointed with Dr. Chotzen also. I have seen her twice and each time she rushes through the appt. She prescribed a skin ointment for me at a much higher concentration percentage than we had discussed in our visit. When I called she acted as if she meant to do it, but I know it was her error from rushing and not fully giving me her 100% attention during the visit. My skin broke out terribly for months due to her. I went back to her one more time for some facial work and I was charged over \$150 for 10 minutes of her time. I had originally been told the treatment would last an hour. Overall I like the Skin Center, just not Dr. Chotzen. I would not recommend her. This is an honest review.

Dr. Chotzen performed a surgery on me which I have undergone several plastic surgeries to repair the scar she created. She used the wrong type of sutures (with a fiberglass base which causes great irritation). Also, she used the wrong type of stitch which left a much larger scar than necessary.Plan to wait in the office for a good 30+ minutes before getting in to see her. Also, she is downtown and the parking is limited.If you do decide to go to Dr. Chotzen, please consider getting a second opinion before allowing her treat you. I truly question her knowledge based on what I have read and heard from several other doctors.
