I went to this salon for a pedicure no paint. Here are the photos of my nails afterwards. $60 for this. When I called the owner said the policy was no refunds. I reached out before providing this review in hopes the would be professional and do the right thing but was met with no refunds. Proof is in the photos of the poor job they did…who cuts nails and doesn’t file them or make them look nice? I think they could be a nice facility if they train their staff better or hire people who know how to do nails.
I took my daughter to Venus Nails for a relaxing afternoon, but it was a total disappointment. We spent $300 and 2.5 hours there for results that were well below average. The manicure was an absolute disaster. The technician was clearly inexperienced and struggled with a basic classic service, redoing the nails four times while aggressively pushing for acrylics we didn't want.
