Excelente servicio, el único lugar en donde me gusta ir a cortarme el cabello.
Made an appointment in advance and when I arrived the barber had stepped out for coffee I was told. I waited over 20 minutes for him to return and meanwhile two walk-ins came in and had haircuts why I continue to wait. The barber never showed, I was never given a good reason why not. Just can't believe the customer service was so bad.
Horrible staff that has no customer skills and won't return phone calls. Walked in for an appointment and the person wasn't even there. Waited over 20 minutes why they took two walk-ins and still did not assist me.
