Beware of sending your kids in there. They ripped my 12 year old off and took all her cash and credit card. They up charged her for something she didn’t get.

My 12 year old daughter and her friend got their nails done, regular polish with a little design. When they are paying, $70 was on the POS screen. My daughter hands the person a visa gift card with $62.12 on it and $69 cash and tells the person she wants to leave a $10 tip. The person took all $69 cash and then ran $44.40 on the gift card. Never bringing my daughter here again!

Love this nail salon! Best pedicure I’ve had. The salon is clean and everyone is extremely nice. The spa pedi is relaxing.
I have been to Venus a few times and have had good experiences. Today was different- my nail tech was not very pleasant and it seemed like she truly struggled to give me a simple full set of acrylic nails. I was very unhappy with my service but I will say the owner Tai was more than willing to help me out. I will be back to get my nails done by tai in the future.
I called to get an appt with Linh in the middle of the day! I work at a salon/spa & was so happy to see all the covid precautions being done meticulously the entire time I was there. So clean and orderly. You view the polishes on ur phone so u don’t have to touch any thing. She gave me a towel for my lap during my gel pedi. My toes look beautiful and my experience was the best I’ve had. Highly recommend.
Today was my first visit to Venus Salon. I don’t live in the area but I am in Forest Hill often. A local friend recommended Venus Salon. A few thoughts about my experience: It was an easy online booking experience. I was impressed with the salon’s protocols related to COVID19. The techs I interacted with were very friendly. To clarify your concern, there is an additional charge for cuticle maintenance only if you got dipping powder nails or acrylic. If you get a gel manicure, it will be included. Made an appointment at 4:00 for eyebrow waxing. I arrived early about 3:45. Was told to wait in the car and they'd call me to come in in 5 minutes. Never got the phone call. Went back in at 4:00 and they acted like I never checked in. Told me I have to wait until the room is available. Went back outside to car waiting a little bit and never got a phone call.
