First I started with letting them know I'm picky with length and shape, I like almond, these are most def NOT almond there stiletto. Then I felt as if I was being practiced on. This is what i left with the last photo is almond. I'm incredibly upset, worst part is being charged 100 for these. I will change the review when there fixed and if I'm happy after. I do hope that it turns out better

My friend and I went here for 2 full sets back in september and im just now able to make this review, she called, scheduled an appointment and told them specifically, "hey, it's my friend's birthday. We want to sit together." This location says "yeah, we can do that". We get there. They first of all, try to sit us away from eachother, couldn't find my friend's appointment that she made, and we told them what we wanted and showed them reference photos. Now, to the point. I have significant nail damage from getting soft gel nails, which are often marketed as a healthier alternative to acrylics. The damage was caused by improper filing techniques. I’ve had three separate appointments with three different technicians, and each time I ended up with the same red ‘ring of fire’ damage. I’m disappointed, and this will take months for my nails to heal. Avoid if you want healthy nails long term.
