I've been going to Venus on & off for several years now. I have had all services offered there. Have bought friends for girls day & recommend it to anyone whenever a nail salon was brought up. However after going there today for a Mommy Daughter Day for my daughter's birthday I won't be back. The pedicure was so short & poorly done. The girl was falling asleep practically while doing it (it was 4pm, so not late). Very disappointed! My friend had said this place was a good place to go. I got a shellac manicure and quite honestly it looks like I painted it myself...which is terrible. Half of my nail color is thin, the other half is thick. The paint is bumpy on my nails and the sides of my original nail shows on several of my fingers. Only reason I gave a second star was because the people were friendly. I would have been better off painting my own nails at home.
Awesome people and they always do a great job on my nails.
Had a wonderful visit. "Vicky" did both my feet and hands. I almost fell asleep with her massages on my legs and feet. Nothing like pampering myself. Thank you Venus team.
