My husband and I have been going to this place for the last 2-3 years. When we moved to Napa in 2022 we tried different nail salons around town and stopped at this one. Friendly and skilled staff, patient working through challenging nails when we let it go a little too long, clean establishment, easy to book, flexible and accommodating. Keep up the good work!
If I could rate this zero stars, I would. I’m honestly confused by the high ratings. Don’t waste your time unless you’re looking for mediocre nails and to be treated with disdain and disrespect. I was seen 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, and the gel manicure was beyond mediocre. The color was left all over my skin, and it started peeling at the sides within two days. The women left my nails like this. Every time I had asked her to do something for my nails it felt like she was speaking bad about me in another language. I was nice to her, she gave me an attitude the whole time. And when I asked her to make my nails even and clean under she stopped in the middle and kicked me out of the store. So rude. Don’t recommend to anyone. Go somewhere else!!!
Such a great spot. The lady who did my daughter’s nails even added a cute little heart. Highly recommend. Plus their standard pedicures last me a month!
