I’ve been coming to this salon for a while, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. There was confusion about the manicure I requested, and instead of receiving a clear explanation, I felt like my questions weren’t handled with patience. I ended up leaving without getting the manicure I originally wanted. Overall, I was disappointed with the customer service and hope future customers receive clearer communication and a more welcoming experience
Update: The renovations turned out absolutely beautiful! The salon looks so modern, clean, and welcoming. They did an amazing job transforming the space, and the attention to detail really shows. It’s such a relaxing place to get your nails done—I highly recommend checking it out! First time going in on a walk in and they were very accommodating. Place is clean with a chill atmosphere.
