lorena rocks! finally i have found a top notch professional lorena is so precise and really knew what i wanted. the hair looks amazing she is such a delightful person and her work is awsome i love my hair and the shop was beutiful very nice girls all around would recommend to all my girls thanks u lorena !!!

Lora V. I have a hair cut with Larissa couple weeks ago...she is just amazing stylist. This is a first time in my life that I found somebody that know how to cut hair. All of the girls that work there are very nice and helpful. They don't have everything on stock, but it is a good selection of the products, and plus they have 10 days refund policy just in case if you are not completely satisfied.

Venus and Mars- Customer service was HORRIBlE My girlfriend and I went to the store last weekend to buy hair dye to fix her messed up bleached hair. We asked for advise to fix the bleach job and the beautician replied "if I told you the secret I wouldn't be in busineess" that was rude to top it off the fat chick with pink hair refused to recommend an alternative dye or bleach for the correction stating that "too many people come back and complain it didn't work if we used their suggestion" We ended up leaving and went to Kam... read more

The Best Service in North County The costumer service is just fantastic...very educated and knowledgeable about products and services...I have been going to this place since they are open ...for three years. My hole family are going there for haircuts and facials..If you are planing to go there for the ether haircut or facial, ask for Misti or Kelly...they are just great..

Need hair products or a cut or color? Check them out! Their prices are great and their selection of products is awesome! They are very knowledgable...they can look at your hair and tell you what products would work best...they're not always the most expensive lines either...so I trust them! The stylists are awesome too...they listen to what you want and tell you how that would work with your features!
