The most worst experience! I found a huge long black hair in my mushroom melt cheese burger! When I brought to the attention of my server, she agreed that it was a hair! (Thank goodness, I didn't know!). She did bring it back to the kitchen, but that was it. Found out when she brought the check that it was taken off the bill.
