Salon is nice. Clean. But each time I have been in I stand at the front for 5 min while not a single person acknowledges me. Once I was spoken too, I scheduled an appt. Appt. was made for 2:30, when I arrived I was told it was at 3:30...and that I would need to come back, when the person doing my hair was sitting in her chair on her phone. I've called 2 times left 2 msgs and never got a reply or phone call back-apparently they don't need nor want my business. Which is sad I try to stay local and close to home.
The karma here is amazing! They all do such an amazing job! Nikki and Erica are my fav's. They also have a rockin boutique and cool furniture rescue! The best kept secret in Derby!
