Horrible I received my flowers damaged broken . I spoke to a representative and they asked for more than one photo. I sent another 2 pictures . Following another two emails . They claimed my photos were not “clear” enough. I asked for a refund or a new order and still nothing! Ridiculous customer service and horrible quality!
Business response:
After further review when the customer sent in more images we were able to see the damages and offered a replacement as well as a $30 gift card for the inconvenience. The customer agreed to the replacement and was happy with the way the situation was handled.
Wrong order was shipped for Valentine's Day. When I attempted to have it corrected, the company is completely unresponsive and uncooperative. I eventually had to dispute the charges for a refund. I would not buy anything from this company.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that occurred with your order. We attempted to resolve this issue, however, this customer was irate and would not settle for anything but a refund, which, we offered once the arrangement was sent back to us. Unfortunately, the customer decided to dispute the charge instead of sending it back and receiving the refund.
Buy somewhere else! Save your troubles. Not worth the hassle.
Flowers lasted less than 2 months! They began losing their color and turning white, dry, and breaking. When I contacted customer service, which was horrible. They were dismissive and have blame the customer for their subpar product. Don't waste your money!
I placed an online order today and instantly realized I selected the wrong item. I called customer service with TWO minutes asking for either my order be modified (to a more expensive item) or to be canceled so that I could immediately reorder. Venus ET Fleur refused.
