Company claims its flowers are to last up to a year but do NOT manage the intake dates of its products sold in boutiques. Employees are not able to communicate when the arrangements they are selling arrived to their store locations in shipment deliveries and just sell the stock all in the fashion of promising integrity of up to a year after purchase date. My favorite floral arrangements on the market! I love having flowers around the house all year round. But, buying and styling fresh flowers is unrealistic with my schedule. So, finding Venus was a gamechanger. I have purchased several arrangements from them and I am so pleased with the process from order to receiving the flowers. I recommend to all my friends and family for the most luxurious gift!
I received the mini rose box as a thank you gift. They are beautiful and smell so wonderful! I like that it came with instructions so I know how to take care of them. What a neat gift idea!
The roses I have from Venus et Fleur have lasted 4-5 years. The scent lasts about a year but even beyond if you smell the arrangements closely you can enjoy the rose scent longer. I received a Venus et Fleur eternity rose arrangement as a gift and I couldn't be more impressed! The fragrance of the roses was so fresh, and the flowers themselves were gorgeous! I've had my flowers for several months now and they still look amazing - I'm excited that they will last a whole year! I'd love to order more of these beautiful roses soon!
BEWARE OF THE CANCELLATION POLICY I ordered an arrangement on 8pm Saturday evening, January 7 to arrive prior to February 13. I woke up on the following Sunday morning, January 8, second guessing my decision and emailed the Company at 1pm on January 8th asking to hold off on my order. On our website, we do state under our policy that "your order cannot be canceled or modified in any way once the order has been placed." However, we did make a one time exception and canceled this order. We also offered the customer a $30 gift card for the inconvenience.
Son bought roses from Venus et Fleur for my wife's birthday.beautiful when they arrived.months later flowers started to unravel and flowers faded.they were expensive and when I notified the company they it could happen and there was nothing they could do.the ad says they could last 3 years.they refused to do anything.they turned a happy surprise into a horrible experience.do not deal with this company.

Hi Barry, After taking a look into this, unfortunately, it has been over 6 months since the arrangement was received. Due to the time frame and the type of effect on the roses, we are unable to provide a replacement or a refund. It is normal for the roses to change slightly in color especially as it gets closer to the year mark, but this can be a process that is quickly sped up when the arrangement is left in sunlight or a warm environment. I would never buy from this business again! I ordered an arrangement for my nieces graduation. The arrangement was delivered and the roses were not in tact, they were a total mess! Customer service sent me a replacement but had the same issue when I received it, I sent back the replacement, another was sent again the same issue and sent back. I have asked for a refund but have not heard back. Needless to say IÂ’m out $204 for junk! They should be ashamed of themselves!
