New dentist for me. They just opened this Maynard location so I decided to try it. The office is friendly and professional. The hygienist did a thorough cleaning while pointing out areas of concern and explaining it all. Pleasant and knowledgeable. Best x-rays I have ever had as bite plate did not hurt my mouth. Top- notch equipment. The amenities are amazing. Warm, lavender scented mini face cloth to wipe your chin area once cleaning is done. Sanitary as it is sealed and new when given to me to use. They were awesome. Finding a new dentist when you move can be a pain in the ...teeth. Nexus was quick with electronic paperwork to fill out, they were not like some offices where your appointment is for 230 and you might be lucky to be seen at 3. Nope, My appointment was for 250 and at 255 I was happy to be in the chair and having my first teeth cleaning in 3 years.Friendly, gentle and very informative the x-rays were fast and at no time did I feel like I wasn't involved in the care.
