I’m extremely disappointed. I came in with photos and clearly asked for a dark burgundy red with a lightblonde skunk stripe. I repeatedly said I didn’t like how it was turning out and was told to “trust the process.” The final result looked nothing like what I asked for no blonde at all, just uneven red/orange tones. I was later told the stylist chose not to bleach my hair to not damage hair knowing I needed the bleach. I also asked for a trim to cut off dead ends and a lot of length was cut off.
