I did not care for my service. The owner was nice and they decorated nice, but they took all of our decorations that we paid for separately and would not return them. Several times they pretended that they would meet us somewhere but they never did That was money down the drain, when another family member and I were supposed to share those decorations for our children. To this day I still have not received anything.
When inquiring about the venue I was unsure about communicating with the number that is listed because it was a personal cell phone which made me feel a little uncomfortable at first then hours later I received a call from a lady named Tiffany by that time I was no longer interested in renting. I explained to her that I was no longer interested and we hung up. She then called my phone again to explain why she is using her personal cell for a business and why she is screening her calls.
