We have lived here for almost a month and absolutely love it. Alliyah is so awesome! Extremely friendly, polite, and accommodating. We needed to get out of our last place kinda a quick and she offered us a free month of rent and credited us a little bit for the next month! Maintenance is awesome, Connor mounted a tv for us that way we didn’t make the walls messed up! Free coffee and snacks in the lobby. I highly recommend moving here it's up scale and very modern quiet and business focused worth a piece of mind!
Location is convenient to events and if you work downtown. Parking is not included (also pricey) but street parking 6pm-9am is free if you're willing to walk. An automatic rent collection system is used but rarely correct. Make sure to audit your account monthly as I was charged 4-5 times for rental insurance and parking when I asked for both to be removed multiple times.
