Eddie The negative people I don't understand. Sure they are old I am 59 and rode my bike threw here to high school. when you move in you know that. But it is not right to say bad things out of spite. Do NOT move here Absolutely worst experience I have EVER had in an apartment . Save yourself all troubles and just do not move here. Management is the worst, the buildings are being updated however the actual building itself is so old and pipes bust everywhere . We have had 2 floodings in our apartment living there in only 1 year, and several of our neighbors have had the exact same thing happen to them. Worst Apartment Ever I lived here for a year & was dyyying for my lease to be up. This place was so old and ridden with problems. The water in the kitchen stunk and there was constantly black mold in the toilets and the shower. It's poorly maintained & needs to be torn down.
Recent move in Ive had rats in my apartment quite sometime, advised office still have the problem after over a month of notifying. Addressed situation i had with my outlets which were not working and drains that were not draining , maintenance stated they fixed but didnt had to go to office to get it resolved. Window in master bedroom leaks when it rains , hopefully i dont get charged for the damage it caused to paint seeing that its there problem when apt should of been move in ready. 3 months now , my ac doesnt work in the... read more

Find Somewhere Else. Seriously. It's so awesome that my neighbors blast music EVERY SINGLE DAY both inside and out, but they never get in trouble anymore than someone coming and asking them to turn it down. It's happening right now. Again. Complained probably 20 times since I've been here, yet it continues. Maybe penalizing someone like you do dog owners would help the noise issues. Just a thought. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE NOISE I don't know how well insulated the original buildings are (the north side, near the entrance) but the ones which appear to have been built later have the absolute worst sound-proofing construction known to man. It should NOT be easier to hear people chatting outside or kids playing videogames downstairs in the apartment below me, than it is to converse to my spouse in the next room over.. Illusions will be presented...DON'T DO IT! My family and I have lived here for almost a year now. Although maintnace men will complete work it is not in good timing. There is dog poop everywhere that no one seems to care about. Parking spots are hard to find. You basically have to park at another building. If you have little ones be cautious ppl fly up and down the streets. And to top it all off' I have been complaining about rats....not roaches....rats. I've never lived with bugs or rodents.
