RecommendedI am literally floored by this community. We love everything about it. Being in this industry myself, I am taken aback by the wonderful feel of this community. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The grounds and amenities are amazing. (Even with COVID restrictions, that’s not their fault). Not only is our apartment modern and bright but we feel safe in this community atmosphere. We order often from Amazon and never have to worry about someone stealing our packages. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and with professionalism. We honestly feel like we live in a resort when we look at the pool area and clubhouse especially at night. Literally the worst place I’ve ever rented. I’ve been here for almost a year and in that time I’ve had multiple issues. The most recent I’ve had unexpected charges that it seems no one can help me with and they seem like the last thing they care about is helping me with these problems. I’ve contacted them multiple times and can’t even get a call back, they been through multiple leasing companies and it took them over 3 weeks to cash a check for renting the clubhouse. My husband and I moved here a few weeks ago. When we moved in, the apartment was extremely clean. Some places you need to get the keys and clean a few days before you actually move in....not here. It was immaculate, and we are fussy about that. The staff we have encountered are nothing short of hospitable and very helpful with anything you may need. The neighbors we have met, are very nice. We are looking forward to calling this place home! It is a beautiful community, with great amenities!! We feel very blessed.
Tara and Tracie have been tremendous! My boyfriend and I toured last Saturday and fell in love with the apartment they showed us with all the furniture to kind of show how everything would fit in our own apartment. We started our rental application immediately and had a few issues but Tracie resolved it immediately!
Venue is a beautiful new apartment community near the Castle Rock Outlets. We toured this place last year and were really impressed. We ultimately decided to move to Denver, but I would I would highly recommend this place. Ashlee and JZ were both really helpful in the leasing office!
We moved in at the end of May. Absolutely awesome place to live. The clubhouse, gym, and pool are all top line. Just waiting on the pet spa and bike shop to open. To me, my patio is the most peaceful place. Our neighbors are very nice. I love it.
I love my home, it's beautiful.I especially love the built in bookshelf and wine bar.The staff know you and treat you like family. I love the amenities, I feel like I come home to a resort.
I really enjoy living here, all of the staff are amazing and any issues are handled right away! The clubhouse and pool are are like a resort, can’t wait for summer time to hang out there, and the gym is simply awesome, no need to go else where �
