Poorly managed apartment complex. Dirty hallways. Social areas are not maintained. Packages are stolen from doorways. Security is a joke. Gates function about 10 percent of the time. The idea that this is luxury living is ridiculous. I would rent elsewhere. These people don't even pretend to care. Vacancy is growing here.
I thought this apartment would make my life easier, boy was I wrong. They bother you almost on a weekly basis for a bunch of nonsense but when my AC went out after hours they were a no call no show... There's not enough parking if you come home after 7:00pm You have to park a few hundred feet from your building so if you have groceries or if it's raining you're screwed. I would stay clear of this place. I rented an apartment and was supposed to be moving in on a Monday. I lived in Washington DC, and had movers set up, had paid my deposits, signed my lease and changed my mail through the post office. I also had to be out of my apartment in DC that weekend. They called me the Thursday before I was supposed to move in to tell me that the person in the apartment that I was supposed to move into on Monday, decided not to leave. Worst place I have lived on.
Live somewhere else. This place and staff have terrible customer service and don’t care about their residents.
The place is GREAT �! Disregard any negative comments - I’d highly recommend living at The Venue of Lakewood Ranch.
This is my FAVORITE place to be!!! It's walkable to Main Street which is awesome. Just waiting for that HEATED POOL, so we can enjoy it during "season!"
Alissa Riley is excellent! She is so sweet and nice! The noise from the people upstairs is due to poor or no insulation in the floors. I hear every step that they make.
