Our son lives at the Venue. As a parent, I have been very happy with how fast and friendly the office members respond. Kasha is so very helpful with a parent’s questions! She is a great source of information. The secure underground parking is great. I would recommend the Venue!
Do you have a daughter at the U of M? If you do, safety is probably your number one housing concern. Having spent seven years at the U myself and having had kids there for the last 14 years, I had a very good idea of what I wanted for my daughter housing.
