It’s overall really nice living here. Move in day was great, our unit seemed professionally cleaned and was ready on time. Hallways and trash rooms are always well kept. Maintence is very responsive - fixed our microwave in less than an hour. There’s a few cons though - the walls are pretty thin - I can hear the unit behind me at night sometimes. Terrible experience and customer service. Was given a room unlike what we toured and weren’t told about additional floor plans, promised the room we had seen. Would not recommend
