Great service, great location, staff is amazing.
I've lived at the Venue for 3 years, and the staff/management are by far the highlight of my experience. Maintenance and packages are always incredibly timely. Personally, I only have very good things to say about management. There have been efforts to make Dinky safer, but this may make driving around in the evenings/night on weekends inconvenient. Our son lives at the Venue. As a parent, I have been very happy with how fast and friendly the office members respond. Kasha is so very helpful with a parent’s questions! She is a great source of information. The secure underground parking is great. I would recommend the Venue!
