I lived here for a few years and the staff was the best I've ever worked with at any apartment community. I worked most with Evelyn, Armando, and Joe who were all very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The five star review is specifically for the interactions I had with them. I would have stayed longer but the rental rate increases in the entire neighborhood have been crazy the past year.
The staff are incredibly lovely and it makes such a difference. The maintenance team Armando and Anibal are a joy to see around. They are friendly and down to earth, actually caring about solving your problem and not just checking a ticket off. They go above and beyond when you would want even if it's optional, and are super fast. It makes a big difference to have quality folks who are knowledgeable and care. I have lived in Venue for the past 10 months. It is fabulous! The apartments are very comfortable and well-built. The walls are thick and I rarely hear my neighbors. The amenities (weight room, courtyard) are excellent. The staff is fantastic - they are knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Shree was my main contact when I toured Venue a year ago and during the lease-signing and move-in process, and she made everything so easy and was a pleasure to work with. Great place to live and dog friendly. Evelyn and Dom from the Venue office got me moved in real easy; they are tremendous and get 5 stars each, too.
Evelyn is absolutely wonderful. We moved in recently and she was really helpful throughout the process. She’s up on communication, patient, and super considerate for us. The apartment is pretty nice and clean. So far I really like it here.
