I recently moved into Vanue Apartments and had a fantastic experience. I want to give a special shout-out to the Office Managers, Juan and Evelyn, who were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. They were extremely responsive, providing quick and friendly answers to every question I had. I lived here for a few years and the staff was the best I've ever worked with at any apartment community. I worked most with Evelyn, Armando, and Joe who were all very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The five star review is specifically for the interactions I had with them. I would have stayed longer but the rental rate increases in the entire neighborhood have been crazy the past year.
The staff are incredibly lovely and it makes such a difference. The maintenance team Armando and Anibal are a joy to see around. They are friendly and down to earth, actually caring about solving your problem and not just checking a ticket off. They go above and beyond when you would want even if it's optional, and are super fast. It makes a big difference to have quality folks who are knowledgeable and care. I have lived in Venue for the past 10 months. It is fabulous! The apartments are very comfortable and well-built. The walls are thick and I rarely hear my neighbors. The amenities (weight room, courtyard) are excellent. The staff is fantastic - they are knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Shree was my main contact when I toured Venue a year ago and during the lease-signing and move-in process, and she made everything so easy and was a pleasure to work with. Great place to live and dog friendly. Evelyn and Dom from the Venue office got me moved in real easy; they are tremendous and get 5 stars each, too.
