I lived here for 3 years and truly loved my time here. I noticed a lot of tenants typically lived here for a long time. Venue sets a very high bar for any other living experience in SF. It was so safe, super clean, and other tenants were respectful of each other and the space. It was also in a great location. I've had such a great experience living at The Venue! It's truly been a breath of fresh air! Everything about being a tenant here is simplified and stress-free, from move-in to day-to-day living. The building is always impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the maintenance team is not only quick to respond but always incredibly kind and respectful. Spacious! Clean! Well kept! Great location! Beautiful! Great amenities! Great transportation! But most of all. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Evelyn in particular is absolutely amazing! She truly embodies what kindness is and makes all feel like a VIP! Moving to SF, make sure you gift yourself an apartment here!
I've had an excellent experience living at Venue, primarily because of the friendly and amazing staff (special shoutout to Evelyn!). They are incredibly responsive and communicative, always keeping residents informed about any maintenance work or building issues.
