The maintenance staff at venu is absolutely incredible. They are always fast and efficient and fix the issue the first time. Charles in particular always does fantastic job and he is a joy to talk to. I always end up learning something from him.
Charles came out today to fix my window, he found the problem quickly and replaced the springs and another part that was discovered broken. Thank you Charles and the Venu team for being friendly and helpful
Mike just fixed the electrical outlets and hanging towel bar in my unit and did a great job. He’s very friendly, professional, reliable and quick!

Mike is very friendly, professional and definitely knows what he’s doing. He responds to the maintenance requests in timely manner and resolve the issues efficiently. I’m really happy with the service.
This place is horrible, the management is bad. They do not handle complaints accordingly. Apartment units are very noisy, a number of tenants make excessive noise late at night (music, parties) they do not respond appropriately to such complaints. They are way too expensive. My mother lived there for nearly a year and she has serious health issues and they refused to let her out of her lease, despite the excessive noise and numerous complaints. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
There is a really cute boy with glasses who works in the office! He is reason enough to move in!
