I received my carbon diffuser nearly a month ago. It not only arrived defected but they also sent the wrong product (it was supposed to be clear coated, not matte clear coated). They firstly asked me to go get a quote from my local bodyshop to rectify the issue, and then told me they might be replacing it. They still have not made a decision, and every time I ask theres is a new reason why they're 'still deciding'. Great company to deal with! I bought their carbon fiber hood for my Fiesta ST. They are very communicative, answered every question I had, and kept me up to date on the shipping. Their carbon fiber is head and shoulders above the competition in my opinion. It’s 100% functional, has a gorgeous weave, beautiful glossy clear coat, a true honeycomb support structure, fitment was spot on, and the water block off plates were the icing on the cake! Highly recommended them!!!
