Had a good initial experience with this company and decided to have them do some design work for our deck and patio in our backyard. We payed $750 for the design on March 6th and did not receive the design until July 21st which was extremely frustrating. We were understanding as they indicated Covid had impacted their timing on projects. When we did receive the design, it was pretty basic and missed the mark on what we had discussed. Premium design and build quality with completely transparent pricing - I was impressed at each step and definitely made the right choice going with Ventures!
We consulted with several different landscape designers for our project. None of them were able to capture our vision like Justin did. His design blew us away, and the finished product was beyond gorgeous! Justin worked with us every step of the way, and when we made changes mid-project he and the crew at Ventures took them in stride. They were professional, extremely responsive, and very easy and fun to work with. We love our backyard oasis! I highly recommend Justin and the entire Ventures crew!
Rude group of boys. I saw them at the novi pool show and presented a design that I loved to see what it would cost to have them put it in. They told me it looked like a scrotum and laughed in front of my young kids. They had no respect. They are full of themselves and have no sense of being personable.
