Terrible communication. After 4 months it’s still not up and running Would not use them
If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with Venture Solar has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. We entered into an agreement with them, but the situation quickly spiraled into a financial and emotional drain. Without our authorization or consent, Venture Solar debited over $4000 from our bank account. This was a massive, unexpected hit that put us in a terrible position. A+ from the start. First with their great intelligent and patient presentation made by their agent Fariza Mosudava until ithe roofing and the solar panels were completely installed. Excellent coordinated team work. I keep spreading the word.
Horrible experience with Venture solar. Please dont go with this company. You can not contact with anyone after installation. Customer experience never pick up phone.You have no idea about the activation process.
Install crew did a fantastic job. System looks like it came with the house. Clean up was through. Couldn't ask for a better one. Thanks guys!
