Your trucker left his truck running while at the restaurant that we were eating at and said “ I can’t turn it off!” While we were eating to the patio. It was so rude. We couldn’t enjoy our night on the patio for the sound of his semi. Mc. 1473335.
Extremely unreliable with the fuel ... they have a program that they call fuel solution which is not a solution at all !! Extremely unreliable cameras in trucks that have A.I and it will record you even if you get your phone in an emergency!! Waiting on for 2 hours for fuel makes you be late for your appointments !!
Trucking company. Just dropped a load no experience with any employees there.
Our drivers did two loads for VL back in mid-august. The receiver was running behind and did not unload our drivers until the following day. We kept the broker informed. As of today, 9/15/25, we have yet to receive the layover(s)/detention for them. I wish I had the option to give 0 or negative star. Multiple people in the email traffic have chosen to ignore this issue.
