I usually don't post bad reviews. ...but I have to speak up. I was so excited to view a home managed by Venture Dynamics, over the phone the agent was amazing. ..she was pleasant and very helpful. Had a time setting up the appointment..had to wait a week, which was ok, she told me I was the first one to ask about the home..therefore no applications in. Rented a property from Shea for a few years and my only issue was when I needed a larger home we couldnt find one in time that met my partner and I's needs and location requirements. If she could manage the property we just moved into I would take that in a heartbeat. She is incredibly prompt with any maintenance issues and will even go above and beyond and facilitate repairs when shes out of the office and on her own time. I am a renter and had a great experience working with Venture Dynamics in moving into our new home. The property manager who runs Venture Dynamics, Shea, is very clear and succinct when communicating expectations and deadlines, which makes the application process so much easier. This prop management owned and run by this Nasty woman Shay does not take care of properties she manages and is a nightmare to work with, she is the Definiton of a Total SLUM LORD.. Run if you see her signs anywhere! She will rent to any thing that has a pulse
