What an agent... She was Sarah Prejeant, who secured the lot I wanted months before the build was to begin. This action on her part secured my home, which I am very pleased with. She was very attentive to my questions with a quick response time.
We moved into Willow Cove in Canton. We had a great experience with Kim in the sales center! She is helpful, patient and always willing to help! Our construction manager, Brian, was SO amazing too!! Too notch!! We are so happy here!
We bought a new house in southern lights from Venture Communities. We've been in the house five months and now having to spend an extra $9000 to mitigate erosion control from their shotty work on a retaining wall. It's not a slope hill. It's a hill. It probably had 90° angle And they washed their hands of it because the city said it was OK. 100 and
Bought a new construction in Canton, Ga. Many of us are having erosion issues in our yards because fill was used on our lots. When I asked the builder about it, since mine is along a retaining wall and I was worried it would collapse, he just shrugged and said "you live on a hill". Two stars because the layout is great, but they don't fix their issues. I added the river rock hoping it helps.
