I wish I could get a response to any of the numerous warranty requests I have submitted. Your website claims a representative will reach out via phone to acknowledge the claim request. I've heard nothing for months. I've submitted multiple requests via your online form with no response.

Probably the worst developer and most untrustworthy people I have dealt with. Craig Epp, CFO of Venture Communities, spent 20k on a gate system in Old Mill in Calhoun, GA and it turned out to be complete trash. Instead of fixing it, a group of homeowners was left to try and deal with the problem on a voluntary basis, with no real support from him at all. Kim shapland is amazing and absolutely ahead of the industry when it comes her professionalism. She had all the answers to every question . when investing in your future kim shapland is a trusted and reliable name and takes pride in her job.
What an agent... She was Sarah Prejeant, who secured the lot I wanted months before the build was to begin. This action on her part secured my home, which I am very pleased with. She was very attentive to my questions with a quick response time.
