Found this dealer online and wish I never would of set foot in there. I traded my 2013 Honda Pilot in December 2023 and they did not pay off the car until April 5th 2024. Four months waiting, calling and getting the run around. The sales people at least tried to show some empathy with my frustration and tried to point me in the right direction but I could tell they were afraid to say too much. I sold my 2006 Acura MDX to Venture, and it’s been a two-month-long ordeal to receive my check. Their financing department is a black hole—no response whatsoever. Broken promises, vague assurances, and zero customer service even after talking with Deborah from their headquarters. If you’re considering selling your car to them, think twice. Find a more reputable buyer.
