I love this place! Miss Kay is such an amazing nail tech! She’s so creative with her designs. She’s very sweet, patient, careful, gentle, and pays attention to detail when providing nail care services! Ventura Nail Spa is soo clean and sanitized! Mr.John is an awesome owner and businessman! He even blesses us by giving us treat bags on special occasions! It was awful. The shop is clean and the staff is nice but quality is awful. She overfilled all of my nails leading to bad retention. And now I have to go somewhere else to have them fixed.
This place is clean nice and was open during the winter storm. Bella is friendly nice and very professional! Highly recommend
