This place SUCKS. The people are rude. They don't give a damn about scheduling. Or care how late you are delivering because they hold you up.
This place is a joke!!! Checked in at 7am. Was told to come back at 11. Came back at 1045 and it's noon and I'm Still waiting to get loaded!!! Very piss poor managing on there part. Never again. Maybe they don't know that without trucks America stops!!!! Losers!!!!!
5 hours in a dock waiting to get loaded not acceptable
9hrs and just got to a door Ventura has gone to shit. Ever since they expanded,not enough doors for there volume of business!
It's a shame that they turned Orchard Drive into a parking lot for the trucks. I'm getting tired of almost getting hit while leaving work from trucks speeding out of their guard shack. They did not consider their neighbors at all when they moved the truck entrance. I almost got hit yesterday. I stopped and chewed the driver out. Never stopped. Never even looked to see if anyone was coming.
This place is slow as hell when it comes to loading
