Ventura County Overhead Door has installed several garage door systems for me and managed several repairs. I am never surprised by the billing--what they quote you will be your final bill, and it is reasonable.
My garage door opener stopped working after only a few years. The service tech came out and inspected it. The Logic board had went out. Lift Master wouldn't warranty the board but VC Overhead Door warrantied it any way. They got me back up & running in under an hour. Great service!
Julio was great. He took time to explain everything to me. I love my new garage door. The entire staff was great.
They gave me great advice on a problem I was having with my garage door. Didn't charge me anything and helped me diagnose my problem.
