Very disappointed that the two branches with the coin machines are both out of service. (The one in Ventura and the one off of Rose in Oxnard) What is the point of the service or machine if they are not working? Going to a regular coin star is not an option because they don't deserve my hard earned money.
If you were recommended by the SBA to do your Payroll Protection Program through this bank they will not help you unless you have a business account with them. It does not matter if you have a personal account with this bank as I do. They will not work with you.
I moved to Ventura from Seattle Washington in 2016. I had been with a credit union in Washington and knew the benefits of banking local. I love the staff and I'm always treated with respect and kindness.
The service is excellent and the convenience of a credit union is so much better than a bank.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, community based, small town feel even though we're not a small town.
These guys will steal your money. They’ll wait till the last moment to update your account balance carve you overdraft fees. then never notify you. If you want to throw away your hard earned money then sign up.
Something is happened a shift if you will in the last year. I’m not sure what it is, but it’s noticeable to the customer. Can you please fix the doors at the Thousand Oaks branch, and please fix the coin machine, and please train your tellers more thoroughly.
if you live in Ojai or are traveling through Ojai they have a Ventura County Credit Union ATM machine inside the Rite Aid and there is no fee for vccu members.
