I am writing this on behalf of a complaint i would like to file against Ventura avenue self storage. To start i have had all of my belongings in this facility for nearly 3 years since i lost my condo. I was in this locker about one year ago with no issues. I couldn't get my belongings out of their due to a bypass surgery and a couple of strokes i am and currently recovering from to undergo another medical procedure which compromises my immune system. We ere relocating to Ventura For my husbands job .After making a few phone calls to Different storages for prices and availability, I called Ventura Ave Self Storage. The Man that answered the phone was very helpful , and very nice. Explained Every thing I needed to know .
