I am having trouble activating a Ventra card. I e-mailed a few days ago. No response. Called back during business hours today. Went through four menu prompts. The last sent me back to the first menu. I can't find a way to get out of the option tree. Useless.
Opened late. Employee didn’t seem to care. System was “down” for an hour and now I’m stuck as a disabled veteran unable to use my pass for a week when I can return to try again.
Hi, I wanted to share some feedback about my visit this morning. Unfortunately, the staff member who assisted me came across as very rude and unprofessional. Customer service is such an important part of the experience, and her attitude made the interaction uncomfortable. I hope this can be addressed so future visits are more positive.

Today 03/07/2026 A female driver stopped to pick me up, but she gave me a strange look and continued on her route. It seemed she wasn't in her right mind; I didn't understand why she refused to give me a ride. I am disappointed with the service. I need you to take action regarding this matter, or I will have to sue CTA. It Was on Route 66 4:04 PM
