Garbage, they install a new AC coil in my home a few years back and never finished the duct work wanted done also. I'm replacing my furnace now and in the process of them installing the coil they didn't put the proper riser back under the coil so my drain lines are right on top of the floor and I cannot install drain traps because of this. So the job becomes twice as costly and a big headache because the coil has to be removed and a riser installed under it so I can properly install the condensation lines. Working with Venti was very easy, the service technicians were on time, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Venti for all HVAC needs, I know I'll be using them again!
I have been trying to get in touch with the company all week. Number is not being answered and says it is no longer in service. I would like to cancel my VIP membership since they are not responsive.
