I would give zero stars if I could please see my complaints with BBB and Texas Attorney General!!!! They don’t care about their property or management or their residents health. I almost died and went into anaphylactic shock due to black mold.

While the office staff is nice and the space has a lot of character It is the loudest place I have ever lived, and I moved here from NYC. There is zero sound proofing between apartments. If they are listening to a podcast, you are too. You can also hear conversations, even if they are just talking at a normal level. It's really frustrating to pay so much rent when you have to hear everyone at all hours of the night.

Projects If you value quality of life. Peace and high standard of living this is not the place. Trash, cars on blocks, paper thin walls, stained walkways urban people. Can’t wait to move out

The wife and I moved in around 2018. It looked like a decent property and we enjoyed the Midtown/Peachtree Battle area, so we thought CoHo would be a good fit. However, we were sadly mistaken. We could deal with disappoint we experienced with management and the community as a whole, but when living there impacted our personal safety and the safety of our newborn, we had to pack it up and get out as quickly as possible. I've been a resident at Tuscany at Lindbergh for nearly 2 months. The community is gated and you have to use either a card or a callbox to get inside. Despite this, my car was vandalized and robbed in the resident parking. The catalytic converter was cut off of the bottom and the repair cost over $700 which is more than half of my rent. I couldn't get a number to contact security after-hours and had to resort to calling the police. Afterwards, the community manager refused to take responsibility for covering the damages.
