I had an apartment there with a roomate for a year... last 3 months he wasn't paying his half of the rent. He was hiding the late notices and the office wasn't making any effort to contact me... now 4 years later... I am still paying off his bill in order to protect my credit score. Even worse when I contacted the debt collector to ask if my roommate was being called told to payback as well, they claimed the copy of the lease they have has only my name on it... legally such a document shouldn't even exist. Becoming dangerous.. had our vehicle stolen and tire slashed.. also our downstairs neighbor caught someone trying to climb her balcony to get to ours! Stay away! Office won’t even put up security cameras saying it’s invasion of privacy
Fuck These bitches they suck ass and are lazy don't do there jobs and are completely inconsiderate of there tenets. We have been trying to upgrade apartments and they have been delaying us for a months and we were supposed to be in already...
There's a dude breaking into cars. Busted him between building 6 and 7. Balding Caucasian male with light brown hair/faucial hair. Cops won't do anything so be advised. Other than that, love this place
It's a great place to live and everyone is very nice and they take pets.
Love it lived there for 7 yrs never had a problem the office crew very nice helpful and kind always kept up on everything in Ventana ranch apartments
