I’ve lived here for over 6 years, excellent office staff and maintenance crew!!! Attentive, responsive and friendly. Apartments are beautiful. Highly recommended.
Extremely rude staff
Currently looking for apartments and found an 'available' unit on Zillow that looked great in theory. I called to get additional info and they said they don't have any available, but I was looking at the listing as I was speaking with them. They said they just keep their apartments on Zillow for advertisement not for availability. THANKS FOR NOTHING.
I have lived here for 5 years. I love the office staff and maintenance staff. They are always so helpful and friendly. I needed a few things fixed while living here and they always fix any issue no later then the following day. That is so important to me. Thank you Ventana for giving me a wonderful place to call home.
