Do not move here. Constant problems with cockroaches. Pest has yet to fix this problem with them that I’ve had for 8 months. Rodent issues as well. Have never had a worst apartment experience. Overall maintenance of the building is poor. Other residents smoking weed that make your apartment smell.
Do not move here. They have constant issues with maintenance, the laundry room, and dirty pool. Your A/C will suck. Upper floors have rain issues they won’t fix. The gate for the paid parking constantly messes up. Washer and dryers constantly broken and not repaired for months. Not to mention they will just shut off the water to make repairs, which I understand, but with no notice or warning. Management constantly changes. Aside from the price and location, I have nothing positive to say about my tenure here.
I just moved out a couple months ago, I lived there for 18 months. the apartment complex and the neighborhood are very quiet. I got a water leak and my ac broken once but they fixed it next day after I reported it. The rent is very reasonable taking into consideration all utilities are included. Only thing I didn't like was when my downstairs neighbor smoked W inside his apartment, the odor somehow used to get in my apartment. Overall Great place to live.
Great complex to live in. It’s so conveniently placed in the city. Me and my fiancé can both get to work within 15 minutes, and we’re close to everything we need. We love living here, and all utilities are included.
