I purchased the large Series 6 model (which arrived November 2019) and cost me $1,000! In April of 2020 I began having issues. I worked with someone over the phone and we got it working again. Then in August 2020 it stopped working again. I left a message, no one called. I emailed they claimed no one received my message. They made one call while I was on the phone and since that time I've tried foolishly to have anyone return my call and/or email. I'm blown away. I absolutely LOVE my Venta Airwasher! How did I live without it? The air is cleaner, my house is cleaner and fresher. Perfectly humidified and in the winter that makes a huge difference. Thank you for an awesome product.

I bought the LW15 last winter to try in my bedroom first,love it. Easy to fill and clean. I didn't get any white dust on my bedroom furniture or on my guitars, I'm definitely getting the LW45 for my guitar repair shop this winter. I've owned many different types of humidifiers over the years. Ultrasonic and ones that just spit water on my floors. It's worth every penny.
