this location now offers a pool steam room sauna basketball court and hot tub along with classes depending on does not select membership that you have. everyone there is great and I love the fact that the gym opens very early
clean,staff works hard you feel part of a family. awesome classes love the studio classes Vent has it all . pricing is exellent when you compare apples to apples. BEST club in the capital district!

I really like the Latham Vent - the employees are very pleasant and the gym is always clean! Body Attack, on Tuesday mornings, with Heather Hartman and Rachel R Curtis is alot of fun!

I want to make all vent fitness users aware of a recent issue I am dealing with . I had been working with one of their personal trainers and after getting injured repeatedly I indicated I wanted to stop training . My last session was on January 13 . I recently discovered that vent had been charging me over 500 dollars per month on my American Express card for training that I was not receiving .!!! Now vent is trying to offer me 50 percent on the dollar for their inappropriate business practice . I have been a member of golds... read more
