Was a member for several years prior to covid Called several times to freeze member ship and went on site They just charged my card $39 For annual Spoke to new girl on phone. Her manager would not come to the phone as they wanted her to figure out how to freeze membership She then said going forward membership on freeze Keeping the $39 Bad business is all on can say

Great gym!! Lots of room to workout, great staff and clean facility.
Vent is charging steep annual fees to members, despite the gym being closed for most of the year. I was told my account was frozen, and then charged a 30 dollar membership fee as well as a 50 dollar annual fee. These people are scammers and extremely rude customer service people. I’ll be going elsewhere

So you’d think gyms would be on their A game for how eager they were to reopen. Unfortunately Latham Vent Fitness just isn’t and I’m so surprised. They have you check in. Ask you some questions then spray hand sanitizer on and you’re in, okay cool got it.... now I go to leave.... they scream across.. CHECK YOURSELF OUT. like what....? Okay never done this before, no one there to show you or tell us what we do. Great place, atmosphere and location. Very clean and the staff are very friendly
Love the gym, classes and instructors but the equipment has been broken almost every class recently. Microphones, speakers, bikes. Would really like to keep my membership here but if things continue to be consistently broken I’ll have to look for somewhere they are not!! (Clifton Park)
