RecommendedI have been a member of this facility for over 3 years now. It is a shame that I need to use this social media to solicit a immediate solution to ac in the workout area. Which has been at extreme temperature in the early morning. We have communicate this to the clerk and send message direct to the managers and seems like they don’t care for the well-being of the members of the club. I hope that with this message we finally see a solution to the problem in hand.
Best place for exercise. Friendly staff. Lots of great equipment.
Be on the lookout for a woman that steals from the women’s locker room! Walked in tonight for a 1 hr class and came back out to my shoes being stolen.
They have a very dangerous parking lot especially during the winter. As a business if you are open during the winter then keep your lot safe. my sister had a terrible spill recently.
It's a friendly environment. It's one fitness location where members know others in passing by.
Any time you can spend with Maja is a great time!
However the Latham sauna is great my complaint is when you are sitting in there and people hang their wet towels and other pieces of clothing in the sauna on the fence surrounding the heater. It smells and I find it disgusting. And this happens almost every time I am there. The last thing i want after working out and sitting in the sauna is smell someones dirty laundry.
