Good luck on getting a retun call or getting someone to answer the phone!!! I was referred for an MRI last November and the results came back giving me the okay to schedule the hernia surgery .. but I can't get anyone on the phone. I had a test done for nothing.. not to mention they used my health Insurance for this doctor visit after seeing the doctor less than 3 minutes. Dr. Kakarla, an excellent surgeon, takes the necessary time with each patient, very professional.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kakarla. He performed my partial colon resection and scar tissue removal surgery for Crohn’s disease, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have had him as my surgeon. His expertise and skill were evident from the very beginning, but what truly stood out was his bedside manner.
