if I could give a negative 5 star review I would give them that and then some. they played the clasic bait and switch( I thought that was illegal ). I went to buy a Rav4 and amazingly, they couldnt find it, but they had all kinds of others that were listed for way more money. so I left, now I'm being hounded by them to come back. 10 phone calls/text messages in 5 days. they are terrible, DO NOT GO THERE!!! There are plenty of legit Toyota dealers, Venice IS NOT!!!!!
I’ve tried for multiple days to get through to one of the service technicians that book appointments and constantly got answering machine messages instead of a person. I was able to get a hold of someone right away at Gettel Toyota, Punta Gorda and get all of the service issues resolved immediately. My recommendation if you have, the option is to go to Gettel Toyota over Venice. They are much more customer oriented.
