Dr Louis is such a delight. I've been seeing him every few weeks for several months now and he is such a joy to be around. His upbeat attitude helps me stay motivated to keep dealing with an annoyingly persistent virus. Office staff are great too, very straightforward so I know exactly what is being said with no wiggle room for interpretation (which I appreciate.) Genuine 10/10 Dr's office all around.
I made an appointment this past summer had arthritis in big toe, after exam said orthotics would help $400.00 later I have no relief foot hurts worse than ever. Thank you for your response , I was never offered a shot or other treatment just orthotic NOR WAS I told to follow up. I had such arthritis pain in big toe I didn’t hesitate to get orthotics. Went there as they said they are in our network, but they sent labs to an out of network provider unknown to us. Had to pay almost 400.00 due to out of network for lab results. My fault for not asking, but would be nice if they paid attention or at least asked the patient when they are sending labs. 400 dollars later and the doc even said we "didn't have to test the nails" but we went with his advice. Expensive mistake. No help getting it resolved. They did call me back after 48 hours . Still no resolution with lab, but they... read more
Venice Podiatry is terrific. They gave me an appointment quickly and Dr. Giannone solved my problem, an ingrown toenail, in a half hour. The staff are terrific in every way.
