The field worker was fantastic, but the office staff varies from indifferent to downright rude. Would have loved to keep the same guy who did our treatments . He was knowledgeable , polite and effective. When the younger generation took over from the founders, they let the legacy die and the office is a train wreck to deal with.
RecommendedWe used Venice Pest Control for a decade before we moved to a community with in-wall control systems. Never forgot how Doug told us that those systems don't really work. After 4 years of excuses from Home Team we fired them and Doug and Venice Pest Control are back. Completely different level of knowledge and service.
After 10 plus years supporting “One” of the local pest Control companies, we had to part ways.Due to COVID they now claim to not come inside your house, (about 50%of service)Yet continue to charge full price for their service call!Worse was their lack of customer Service to discuss the matter!GoodLuck in the future !

They respond very quickly to pest control issues, they are down to earth and don't sell you things you don't need. Knowledgeable and efficient..
Very thorough and professional. I haven't seen one single ant, spider or other critter in my house since we've contracted with them to come out 4 times a year. I would highly recommend them!
Would never recommend them... the salesman are too pushy and only reply by text messages which is completely unacceptable..... after several messages left for service they used the excuse of it just was over looked .... we cancelled our service with them ... extremely unprofessional
